My favourite reads
These are some of the books I have enjoyed reading over the last few weeks. My favourite was 'A Thousand Splendid Suns', not quite as good as 'The Kite Runner' but a very gripping read which was hard to put down. The 'Uncommon Reader' was also very interesting. It is Alan Bennett's take on the Queen as a 'reader' - quite humourous and a quick read!

Well done! LibraryThing is a small bugbear for me - a bit too slow and there's too much to read... I am still waiting for a link between our Reading List and LibraryThing or our blogs....
